Meeting Preparations:

Let's start by deciding who is coming. Do we want to have the Ed Specialist and Early Childhood people there also?

Now how about the hours? Since travel is involved do we want to go with 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.?

Let's end this with meals. I was quoted $75 for three rooms (allows for breakouts) if we use the dining hall for lunch. It is about a 10 minute walk from the conference center to the dinning hall and it will probable cost between $6 and $7 per person. The other option is to have the lunch catered in which case the rooms will be free. The catering menu can be found at http://www.elstoninn.com/meeting_guide.pdf

WHRO response:

We can invite whomever the group thinks should attend, provided that we have something for them to do.

We can go with whatever hours you'd like.

We've used the dining room in the past. It's fine with me. If, however it would cost us less to have the meals catered then we can go that route.
